I’ve been in love with John Folsom for a while now, and have recently been carefully looking at some of his work, along with others who use different mediums on top of prints. Am thinking of experimenting with wax medium and maybe some gouache paints in conjunctions with some of the landscape images I’ve been working with. I want to start using my hands more and make work less computer based, and without a darkroom, this seems like an exciting way to start.
